You could have a page with links to Neteller, SBR, TOW, alternate addresses for sponsors and list their phone numbers ( except Pinny ) various options for score sites, score phones, etc. Maybe an archive of front page articles ?
If you don't want a whole page for it, you could do a permanent sticky on the little -used newbies section. That would help those that need it most !
