I just bet Bos -1.5 -116 at Pinny. How would I offer it at -113 or so on the exchange ? The site doesn't seem too user- friendly and I'm not paying for long-distance to their location.

1> Click once on the blue area next to the "-1.5". It should change to white with some light blue.

2> Click on any of the "Add Selection" buttons.

3> The wagering interface will appear at the top of the page.

4> Click on "Submit" button

5> Review the wager. Click the "Yes" button.

Thanks, I'll try it for a small amount since I already bet at Pinny.

I hope I did that right. I offered Boston -1.5 -112 112/ 100. There's $51 availabe at +113, when that's gone then my offer is next right, or I guess whoever else may have offered -112 ahead of me.

What you offer is the side you want to be on, right ? Is it first offered, first matched, or done by percentage ?

I think it's first offered, first matched, at a certain price of course. Better prices always go off before worse prices.

The way I do it is to just click on the bet I want to make but before I hit the final "submit" I adjust the price to what I want. Then it becomes an offer.

I'm not sure if that's what InSpades said, but it's really the same as just placing a bet.

No commission is great, just wish they had a little more volume.

Yes that's what I did, IS instructions worked fine. It looks like Mansion themselves put up offers on the sides they want, like when you see 100k available.

I notice a feature to withdraw your offer which is a nice option. Funds stay in account after offer is made, I'm guessing until they get a match.

Is it OK to have offers out that exceed your balance ? It seems to be, I would think. For example if you had $1,000 in acct can you put out offers of $500 on 5 different games. I'm guessing if 2 find matches then the other 3 just go away for lack of funds .

I think it will catch on big in time, hopefully remaining fee-free. They must be eating some fees like NT fees for exchange only players.

I think they advertised a program in which you can offer several times your balance ... certainly can go over, don't know exactly how much though, and yes, the balance only comes down when it's matched.

It looks like the exchange is a loss-leader for them...try to build some volume and then when it really gets going, introduce a commission.

Doug I'm sure you got it right, but in case others are interested. In one sense you can't offer BOS-1.5 -112 but simply try to place a bet for CIN+1.5, +112. The offer then shows up on the other side.

If you click on the pitcher a pop-up shows the market. Then if you click on TRADED you can see the trades and prices from the bookies perspective.

BTW if you hedge some of your bet on the exchange your funds are immediately released, as they should be since there is no liability.

Mansion offers exchange players 100x their balance to post offers. It is a great idea to help increase liquidity on their markets. It is also a good idea to make the exchange free for a while until it reaches critical mass. Somebody at Mansion is thinking.

Monicus is right ... it's called the "MLine" .... wager up to 10X your balance and once your balance has been matched all the offers get taken down.

We can change that! Next time you see the Asian market offering a nice price and you would like to bet on it, then I can put it in on Mansion's exchange. Not only the exchange is commission free, but also all the money transfers. Can it be any better?

I love the Mansion Exchange. I barely ever use Betfair and their 5% commission anymore.
