i know everyone has bad beats but yesterdays bad beat seemed brutal. i had the royals.... d-backs under 9. at the end of nine innings the score was 1-1. royals score 1 run in the top of the 10th. d-backs tie the score with 1 run. score after ten innings 2-2. top of the 11th the royals score 1 run...in the bottom half of the 11th the d-backs tie the score again..score 3-3. top of the 12th the royals score 6... i lose....brutal way to lose a bet.

oh well...i shall get them today.

I couldnt help thinking about this all night last night....after a shitty start to the day that game looked as though it would put me back to even....only to see that shitty ending (we all had that ending in the back of our minds). I guess its good to get it off our chest and win tonight!! WHat do ya say?

Dont mean to rub salt on the wounds but I had the opposite... I had KC -1.5 for the game and KC& the over in a parlay. after about the 8th inning I stopped watching since it was 1-1. Went to the folkes house to visit...called to make a wager for the NBA game and had more $$$ than I thought I did. I guess for every bad break there is the opposite for the person who took the other side.

Again dont mean to rub salt:103631605

I understand, I been there too....everyone will get their breaks...what's important is how to handle the really bad beats. Congrats on the surprise win.

Since you are talking about bad beats, I thought I would share mine to help make you feel better. On Thursday, I played a first round golf matchup on Thursday taking Adam Scott over Sergio. Adam beat him by 3 strokes. I went to make another wager only to find out it was a tournament matchup, not an opening round matchup. Scott finishes 2nd and Sergio wins.

you're not rubbing salt into anyone's wounds...that's just gambling...a hard way to make an easy living.
