Alright well my first night back to posting was a dud. Hudson got rocked early and Soriano almost put it over with his bat alone! 0-1 is nothing I can;t come back from so here is tomorrow's play. . .
Boston Red Sox -1 -151 for 4 units
David Wells started off this season very shaky to say the least. A few weeks ago he made a statement saying that if he can't pitch any better then he is that he should not be playing this game anymore. A couple days later Wells had a very good outing against the Yankees which started him back off on the right foot. His last game that he pitched against the Cardinals was great. He was hitting all of his spots and he had all of his pitches working for him. He shut down the Cardinals line-up and the Yankees line-up and I believe that says a lot about what kind groove he is in right now. I expect nothing less from him against the Reds on Tuesday night. Boston has been hitting the ball much better as of late and I dont see any way the Red's pitching staff can slow them down.
Good luck to everyone!
