been playing a simple little system (concept) for 12 days now, some of it posted here in another thread. taking all home teams, as either ML dogs or RL dogs.. 12 day record is: $100 per unit..

77-77 (+26.45 units)

thats a .500 record and (+$2645) in profits..

Plays for tuesday: bos and minn are currently skipped, boston may be added later if it drops to (+1.00 on RL)..

155. Cubs ML (+1.22)
156. Clev RL (+1.31)
157. Balt RL (+1.56)
158. Yanks RL (+1.18)
159. Det ML (+1.24)
160. Tor ML (+1.51)
161. TB ARL (+1.87)
162. CWS RL (+1.77)
163. Tex RL (+1.34)
164. KC ML (+1.10)
165. Oak ML (+1.04)
166. Sea ML (+1.13)
167. LAA RL (+1.81)

13 plays, all listed pitchers at pinnacle for $100 each. $1300 worth of risk, may add boston later, if anyone bets the reds..

decided to play minn and bos in this manner tonight, keeping with the same concept.

168. Bos -2.5 runs (+1.50)
169. Minn -2.5 runs (+1.20)

im not advocating or promoting this system to anyone, merely showing that there is more than one way to "skin a cat". home teams win, no denying that.

some tidbits for today, while i have some free time..

TB: pretty good home team (17-14), terrible on road (5-28)
Col: (4-23) on road, pathetic. (17-17) home, not bad.
Hou: (7-24) on road, pathetic. (19-12) home, good.
Reds: (6-22) on road, pathetic. (20-15) home, pretty good.
Mets: (10-16) on road.
Braves: (13-20) on road.
Wash: (13-18) on road, (24-9) at home.
Mil: (11-23) on road, (17-12) at home.
Oak: (10-23) on road, (15-13) at home.
Bos: (18-9) home, (16-20) on road.

these teams have a big difference, in there performance at home vs. the road, should be a good way to exploit this..

SSI, I would be curious as to what would be the best time to bet these, overnight or closer to gametime to get the best lines. My guess because it is a homer method that betting overnight might get better prices than by waiting.Most of these games had better prices last night. Do you know how each subset is doing on its own, Home teams on the ML at plus money AND home teams laying 1 1/2 at plus money? Also I think sticking to the laying of 1 1/2 instead of 1 is the better move because of the higher payoffs but no way of knowing unless somebody has kept seperate totals and see which one is performing better as of now. typically the way of thinking is, bet favorites early and dogs late.. thinking in this manner, you would bet the RL (dogs) early, and the ML (dogs) late.. i havent kept track of anything in subsets, i actually like the RL payouts better.. i do know that a (.500) record over a very large number of plays, can make you very wealthy.. if your bet is high enough, for now im sticking with a $100 unit bet. this post is just for observation and discussion... dont know if i really should have put it up... it could either jinx me tonight or if it works too well, too many may do it..

SSI, today there are 2 games where you have to lay 2 runs to get plus money, Cleve., and L.A.A.. With the totals at 8 and 8 1/2 not sure if they would be good plays. Yesterday Boston covered the 2 1/2 with a total of 11 but Minny didn't with a total of 8 (always easier after the fact). Good luck, today.
