Esentially I need a way to get funds out of a offshore bank account and withdraw them via ATM/debit card, I have seen a few options, still a little weary of sending money to some eh......not well known juridisctions like Latvia
Now they allow international customers so I will take a look, BUT after all that has happened with them on the merchant side (Delays......wire was sent we dont know where it is........or the "send us this signed before 'x' date or forget about us" ) I doubt big shops are going to use them
