I am looking to make a withdrawl via NT where I'll have to pay $15.....

so let's say the WD amount is $1000, do I request $1000 and they take the $15 from my balance or do I request $1015?

option A)

before you confirm you will see they add the fee

I always request cheques by regular mail for 2$ & they take no time at all

I wouldn't pay the Fed-ex fee either, the regular mail only takes a few days.

check the 'accounts' section, you should be able to cancel any request you just made by clicking cancel,

usually when I enter in an amount, I have to select my method, then they add the fee & I click 'I confirm'

its really quite self explanatory & user friendly

like I said, click on the ACCOUNTS button on the top of the page, to view your balance & the account history of anything that has happened.

also they will send you a confirmation email, it shoudnt be something that you "have to wait & see what happens".

yeah i requested $1000 and it says $1000 is pending:

WAIT A SECOND, NOW I UNDERSTAND,

You are talking about withdrawing from HOLLYWOOD to NETELLER, I thought you were talking about NETELLER to BANK or NETELLER to CHECK BY FED EX.

you didnt clarify you were requesting a withdrawal from the BOOKIE.

In this case, you request exactly 1000$ & hollywood will deduct the other 15$ from your HOLLYWOOD account.

this policy will vary from book to book though, some may take the fee right out of the amount you request.... (the procedure will also be different from bookie to bookie, some want you to request directly from NETELLER like hollywood, some want you to call in, & some have an E-FORM on their site that you fill out & then they process it for you. not every book wants you to request it directly from NETELLER website on your own).

My instructions above were meant if you were requesting from NETELLER to yourself (either mail, cheque or EFT or fed ex).... Fed ex is exactly 15$ so this is what Doug & I thought you were talking about.
