Why would Pinnacle not post a run line on Cubs games overnight?

I understand the total can't be posted because of the wind, but the run line???

If they're going to put up the money line, why not the RL?? If the wind is blowing out, it doesn't mean one team or the other is covering 1 1/2 runs.

if a team can score one run with no wind, then they will probably be able to score more when its blowing out.

compromising the run line.

There is a direct link between the total and the runline. The higher the total, the more likely the margin of victory is to be more than one.

If you check Colorado home games, you will find there are many more lop-sided scores than games where the totals are more like 7.5 (or whatever).

Linesmakers have to build that into their line.
