Well yesterday brought with it another round of bad beats (had them pirates straight-up and on the runline) and overall a less than acceptable showing by myself for the second straight day. Mutha Frickin runline bull-$hit gets me again dammitt!! I was very confident, almost positive, that coming into this series between the Rockies and Indians that the home team Indians were going to sweep them sucky road Rockies. So I played them everyday on the runline for my 5* Top Play (getting the better price and value I thought) and then straight-up for my 3* play. Well I knew they'd win all 3 games and that's what happened, unfortunetly I was banking on them, being sure about the win, being able to do it by more than a frickin run more times than not. And what happens?? First night, 11-2 thrashing! Second night, extra-inning walk off HR to win by yes, 1 run (granted they probably should have lost but showed they were the better team clearly and came back). And tonight?? Early 2-0 lead and then $hit the rest of the way. Give up 1 run in the 7th and win by yes again, 1 run. So I get screwed for being what I thought to be smart by playing them to win by more than 1 run certain they'd just win. Unbelievable! Okay thanks to everyone for letting me get that out of my system. Whew! I feel better. Well at least they did win and the Twins (tied) and Royals (up by 6) pulled nice comebacks. charliepeete.....really sorry our schedules couldn't get on the same page this week. I feel really bad and hope you're not too pissed. :howdy: *lol* Today was my first day off and I had 2 interviews as I'm looking to move up in my place of employment situation. First one was at Imperial Palace (nah! not too much of a step up if you ask me) and my second was at Caesar's Palace. Really was impressed with them and their employees/management team and was offered the job so I'm probably going to take it. Just gotta hope I past that frickin drug test (uh oh)*haha* j/k. and I'm there baby! Maybe if/when you're here the next time for the bash or whatevers you can check me out there and maybe by then I'll be able to get you hooked-up with some $hit. Anyways, sorry again dude but I know you had more than enough fun for the both of us right?? Right! :103631605
