Today, im entering into a new business venture, ill be working with 3 other local men (non gamblers), investing a small amount of money for them..

Dont know how this will work out, but we will be playing the MLB home dogs, as well as a few other dogs (other sports)..

I have done this before in the stocks and commodites markets and its worked pretty well, for the most part...

I wont be listing my MLB plays daily, but will try and update the record every monday.. You guys have the jist of what im doing anyway, so there is no need to list the plays daily..

Ill be flat betting every home team in MLB, playing dogs on ML and favorites on RL (thus making them dogs).. whole concept is built around 3 things.......... Home Teams/Flat Betting and Plus Juice..... If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask..

14 day running record: 96wins/88 losses (+$3941), i was only shooting for a (.500) record, so results are better than id hoped.. we will upping the amount played, starting tomorrow. the (+$3941) is based on $100 plays...

8 games today, and we will also be taking every DOG in the college world series, so tomorow -- we will have Florida and Az St, both at good prices, so we only need 1 of the 2... as for the NBA finals, home teams are 3-0 SU and 3-0 ATS, so we are on Pistons tonight (laying the points)...

Guys, keep up the good work, there are some outstanding cappers to follow here, like i said, ill try to update the results on a weekly basis, mondays...

SSI good luck with your project. I'm working on one where I am recording the daily winning pct of every team on a daily basis on excel and also the opening line on them each day, the object is to find when a team has peaked for the year and when the avg. line on them is at the highest, and then go against them when they are favs the rest of the year....an example would be the White Sox where their winning pct. was at .700 they have been on a slow decline since.

But I am waiting to allstar break to pick out maybe 3 teams and go against them the rest of the year.Teams that play at about .620 ball or better at allstar break will usually play only about.500 ball or so the rest of the way and the price on them will be inflated.
This is the first year I have been doing this.I've set up charts on excel like the stock market on every team too based on that info.
That runline angle might be something I look at too.

start small and move up..... what people have to understand with this, is the huge payback on the dogs, specifically the RL dogs..

iceman, too bad we dont have hockey to move into once MLB finishes, or we would not have to miss a beat.. are they going to play this year?

Hockey will be back in october SSI. Alot of progress is being made and alot of insiders say its getting close to being done soon because they want the draft going in july.

thx iceman, nice to hear the pucks will be back, maybe hockey next year and no nba.

picked up another nice payout on first game today:

detroit -1.5 (+1.80) winner, a 4-4 day would be nice, along with a pistons cover.

SSI,
do you play the rl as -1.5 or lets say the home team is -120 and -1 is at +$$ do you take that or do you play the 1.5 at all times?

im partial to the bigger payout at (-1.5)... i will go to -2.5 runs (to get the + juice), im through giving juice...

ive got the pistons -3 (-1.10) tonight but its because, i want the home team.. home team is 3-0 SU and 3-0 ATS in the finals..

thats good stuff SSI,
so you always take the home team, and always take them at +$ no matter how many runs you have to give.. correct?

Thanks in advance

SSI, nice start with Detroit. I personally wouldn't want to lay 2 1/2 runs if the lined total is under 9. If the -2 line is at plus juice, you are still going to lay 2 1/2, correct? That kinda would be the same as laying 1 1/2 when you can get 1 at a plus number. Good luck with your plan.

maidenguy, im going to do what it takes to get the (+ juice).. the thing about playing this system (or any mechanical system), is that it takes YOU out of the equation, it makes no difference to me:

who is pitching
anyones record
what i think
or anything else

im merely placing the wagers (in the manner described above)..... but i will tell you this, ive withdrawn about ($4000) this baseball season,,,, tomorrow, ill be back to 10k of my money and another 10k from (3 investors), ill be in charge of a 20k acc.. ill be flat betting with 1% of this, so ill be up to ($200) per game.. im planning on giving 30% of my profits (10% to each investor), to be evaluated in 6 months... these are NON gamblers, they would be thrilled with a 10% return on investment in 6 months (who wouldnt)... im just hoping that i can make this happen..

appreciate all comments and questions..

Are you gonna keep your bets at $200 or as your bankroll varies from day to day play 1% of your bankroll? For example, if your bankroll goes up to $23,000 will your bets increase to $230?

Thanks
