I was playing Roulette today out of bordem and I had $284 disappear without explanation. They are trying to find out what happened but it's been hours and no luck so far.

I was playing $5 a hand and decided to play it all. I made a $284 dollar bet and clicked "Spin" The wheel didn't move and I got a message saying "Can't Bet" so I went back to the casino lobby and the $284 was gone. I checked the Roulette history and saw there was no record of the spin.

Just a waring to anybody with money there to NOT play Roulette for a while....lol

Doesn't sound good.......

The response you get may be that the wager did indeed go through, but the system froze up at the time. I've had this problem a few times in the past at online casinos when I used to play them. In my opinion your money should be refunded regardless. You never saw the play in action, how are you to know what the true results were? (No offense to Wagerweb, I like their book)

Best incident with an online casino that worked out with me was at Carib. I had like $250 on one hand of blackjack, and had something like 19. I accidentally hit hit and lost! I called Carib and explained to them what happened, and they said that they understand anyone familiar with blackjack would not hit with a 19, and refunded my bet. Very class act, because I had the same thing happen with another one (lots of the hit/hold buttons are different on these things) and they refused to do so, saying "but you did hit"...........

YIKES BM...thats alot to bet at a online casino...good luck getting it back ...if there is no record of the spin they should give it back to ya
