regarding 1 AM call ,I'm pretty sure (about 99% i didn't make it). I did indeedly call about 8 am, talked with your wife.
If I did call at 1 AM, I apoligize ! I called phone co to verify, they couldn't, but they gave me an awesome deal for calling them !
If I'm right the 8am or so call shows up on billing, as would the too early call. I'm really certain about this one. I called you but like 8-9 am, not 1 am.
Phone co. gave me the keys to the store going forward. I'll mail phone records to sherman (if he gives me address) once received by me, or apoligize profusely to him if I'm wrong.
I haven't figured how he proves his side, but phone records prove my side, IMO
My new phone plan lets me call anywhere (USA) anytime, for however long for less $$$, always the bright end of these sticks !
