I told a friend after Game#2 you will see a big difference when they get to The Palace. It took them a while to get into a defensive rhythm in this series and with Big Ben waking up, we now have a series. I do remember alot of people crowing about how San antonio this and San Antonio that, bla , bla, bla. i am not taking anything away from S.A., but they are not better than the defending champs right now. I predict someone will win this series in 6 or 7 games! :toast:

I said the "spurs would not face an elimination game"...so did Wild Bill.
I still feel the same...after Sunday I'll know. The pros only have so many bullets (energy) in their systems.

They are probably the same the place the Yankee haters go when the Yanks win 10 in a row.

"The Spurs are so much better" people have just been replaced with "the Pistons are so much better" people.

Not much difference really.

Although a Piston fan, Spurs still win the series. Far too many people counting them out.

I must say I have to agree with Crunch on this one. There sere soooo many that were saying ONCE AGAIN that the West was so much better, just like last year, and that the Spurs could even sweep this series. Even if San Antonion wins the title, Crunch still has a point........

Fair Warning

If SA is down 3-2 then you can figure on your series line being what a 2 team money line would pay. Figure game #6 to be -5 or -5.5 with around -230 ML and Game 7 just about the same so you are looking at at best -220 twice which pays EVEN money.

EVEN money isn't exactly being "written off".
