what a waste of 50 bucks. every single afternoon game is blacked out today.

last night I couldn't watch Cards play because they were 300 miles away.

Same blackout restrictions for Directv so not a surprise. $50 or $100 bucks for a season package is a steal to begin with since you get provided games a couple times a day that aren't available anywhere else. Can't let juice for one game interfere with your coverage unless you betting $10 a game then maybe 5 units is tough to overcome. I get all the Fox games each Saturday using a modified Dish Network receiver that receives various cities locals so MLB.tv blackouts don't matter. :suomi:

its not MLB TV that sux...its FOX, they seem to think this exclusivity of thier saturday games is a good thing, only thing it does is LIMIT the access to games, no matter where you are, even in Vegas, games are blacked out on saturday afternoons when they broadcast.

Can you blame FOX or MLB cause don't get it twisted MLB has the final say. If you pay over a half a billion dollars for broadcast rights FOX is going to want an exclusive window to broadcast these games to hopefuly make must of that money back thru advertising. I agree it sucks just saying I understand the reasoning behind it.

However that MLB.TV thing with the repeating log in kicking you out for a couple of hours, now that sucks

With all do respect to all.

That's the only advantage of living in Europe. None of the games are "Blacked Out".

Thank you

You get to watch 90% of total games
They tell you before you sign up that these are the breaks

This has been going on with Fox now for a while.

It sucks but nothing you can do

The whole logging back on thing, if you call customer service and they tell you try in a few hours, I wouldnt hang up the phone til they resolved it, or I would call 100 times til I got someone that could fix it. Thats pure bullshit

Yes, I had this problem. You are allowed 3 logins then no more for 3 hours after the first login. The simple solution is to make sure you go back to the login page and logout then you have no problem. There is nothing that customer service can do beyond explaining the issue.

For some reason on my desktop I can logout and keep the Windows player open but not on my laptop.

Finally move to Canada :>Grin> we get everything except the Toronto national games that are on TV anyway. For example today I can log the lag time on the Cubs-Yankees game which runs 10-20 seconds.
