Anytime buddy.

To anybody who was nervous about that game, for future reference...

When I mention "experience", "they've been to Omaha before", "they expect to win", "this team is inexperienced", "this team can't hang with the big boys" - those aren't just cliches. I don't go around and pick the Yankees every game in MLB simply because "they've won 27 titles and they have the experience."

Those things play a major factor into capping for college baseball though, because every single year in college ball it is the same thing over and over and over. These smaller schools and inexperienced schools will FIND WAYS TO LOSE important games in the late innings. Just how the inexperienced Oregon State did today, that wasn't luck or coincedence.

Oregon State lead all game 1-0, but Tulane kept them close enough and Oregon State found a way to lose and Tulane found a way to win.

Keep it in mind so you dont give yourselves a heart attack every game these favorites fall behind early.

Glad I could help again.

Congrats to the Tulane backers!

I concur. Dont you think texas and baylor are a little the same way? Texas may not have their best team there this year, and are 0-4 against baylor this year, but Texas has been there before, many times, baylor has not. I think it's hard to beat a team that many times in a year without giving up one L, and hence ill be backing my team (which i rarely do) today. good luck, and well said.

I agree but according to Texas' and Baylor's websites they are starting a freshman, and that throws their whole experience advantage out the window.
