What is the best thing to take for constipation? I NEVER have this problem but for whatever reason tonight the boys wont come out and I've got a headache because of it.

All of this may be more info than you wanted to know but if there is something out there that works quick I'm more than willing to drive a couple blocks and pick some up.

Milk Thistle has no properties that will help you with contipation.

Try taking some some SENNA............there are some teas that have this low branching shrub in it to aid constipation.

That would be my advice.

As mentioned, Milk Thistle is for the liver.

Green tea will make you shit until your intestines turn inside out, and since it's not a drug there are no side effects. I'd definitely recommend it.

Its pretty obvious whats giving you constipation. I must say, its usually the reverse.

You have a penchant for backing short price favourites and sooner than later, that is going to have an effect on your bowels, as well as your wallet. Usually the Bowels empty before the wallet, but seeing as you are the sort of person who cant see past 1/5 shots, you a probably an exception.

As I dont want this to be a negative post, can I recommend that from now on, you bet + prices, I am sure you problem will then subside.
