Anytime you lose two people as strong as the Shrink and the General you have lost 3/4 of the whole site, It will be REAL hard to trust a new advertiser at the present time, maybe down the road it will be different but right now, I know I wouldnt trust a new book with the two of them gone. its like eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without peanut butter, it doesnt taste good without the peanut butter...

Not to take anything away from the Shrink and the General, But this site is top's because of the poster's and what they bring. Yes will they be missed they posted everyday, But all the poster's is what keeps this site ticking along with there knowledge they share.............G.

Not taking anything away from either of them....but it was The Shrink who admitted many times this site was only as strong as its poster base....400% growth in one year, poster base isn't going anywhere...this is not huge news in the Rx sports forums...come football season, 1000's will still gather each weekend to post picks and exchange information...

The new head moderator will still represent the posters, business as usual....

I believe The Rx. will be just fine. We still have an excellent team of moderators who are continuing to keep the site on track. As far as new books go I know Rx. management is committed to allowing only solid books to advertise here. We will continue to help any posters who have problems with any offsahore sportsbook. In other words it will be business as usual here at the Rx.

Without the Shrink this site now lacks a Doctor to write the scripts. I envision the cost of advertising for the sponsors to take quite a dip for next year. It was kind of Ken to stay on until the yearly sponsor contracts got inked and paid for. I know that many sponsors wished they had known about this before they sent out their wires and checks.

i think most people pick books that are recommended highly by fellow posters and not simply because they have a banner. People that pick books because they advertise here are probably not the most selective gamblers.
