It is mind blowing how one person can be in a position to make these type of shots OVER AND OVER AND OVER...I am in awe. He has to go down as the most clutch player in the history of the NBA playoffs even if he never plays another game.

I don't know what his salary is this year, but he earns every dollar which is more than I can say for 99% of players in the NBA. I am at a loss for words when it comes to describing how amazing this guy is in the biggest games. It is mind blowing.

Well it does help to always sign with sure title contenders. If I remember right when he went to the Lakers he had offers of higher pay elsewhere, but he wanted to be part of the Shaq/Kobe show. After the Lakers didn't want it he chose the Spurs, not wanting to play for a loser even if the money would be good. Brent Barry did the same thing this year. Hard to say ALL athletes only care about the money when you see guys doing this.

The guy's a money player. He just makes big shot after big shot. It sort of helped on his game winning shot tonight that Detroit didn't have anyone within 15 feet of him.

If they had a Hall of Fame for clutch shots he would be a charter member, as clutch as they come(especially for someone that's not a superstar).

That dunk was just crazy though at a 45 degree angle then he rattles in those 3's what a performance, man that was crazy. The Pistons have to be beating themselves up leaving him open on that set play OB for 3

Classic Game with a classic performance from Horry. How many guys in history have scored all there points (21)from the 1 second mark of the 3rd through OT and carry his team on their back, as a reserve no less, for a road win in the Finals?

I'm still in shock. Tough, Tough, Tough loss for the Pistons.:drink:

Oh that is right, my memory was that he left as a free agent but it was a trade to get rid of Joe Kleine's contract.

well Horry had thrown that towel in Ainge's face so that was a quick ticket out of town.
Cederic had taken off for Havasu during the season (Club Ced) so it was trading of 2 malcontents.
Just turns out Horry is going to get 6 rings and Club Ced is a PA announcer.
not sure where Joe Klein is. lol.
