You learn to get tough skin.

They're picking on them in the previews for the new Will Ferrell movie "Bewitched". :finger:

They won't be laughing when we win in 2010!!!!!!

Tony, I know your Clippers history. Giving up on players time and time again, only for them to turn out solid players. Well, I feel your pain now as I am an Orlando Magic fan. Does it get any worse than giving up players like Shaq, Tracy McGrady, Ben Wallace, Matt Harping, Corey maggette, and so on...........

At least your team was in the Finals once. We dream of just getting into the playoffs, but that's why I became a Clipper fan 20 years ago. Similar to being a Red Sox fan and expecting to be dissapointed. Makes winning that much more special.

LOL...

This always cracks me up though when people rip the organization because they don't pay the players they have had. I wish people would wake up and understand they have never had anyone worth paying.

This is the first group (Brand, Maggette, Livingston, Simmons) that has any talent and potential besides the group that made the playoffs in the early 90's. Everyone tears into Donald Sterling, and I agree he is a cheap owner, but he is one of the most profitable owners. He also hasn't had anyone worth offering a big contract to.

Who was he suppose to spend on?

Lamar Odom?
Danny Manning?
Michael Olowakandi?
Ron Harper (old and said playing in the Sports Arena for the Clippers was like serving a jail sentence)?

The problem is their front office and the picks they have made in the draft...Donald Sterling hasn't cost this team anything yet.

Highlight of the Clippers season is the NBA draft every year. Its all downhill after that.

they need to get a solid GM and solid coaching staff in tact. Perhaps it is Dunleavy but in years past, there was always way too many changes.

I'll be there (Staples Center) on the 28th watching the live draft and attending the party with the organization. It should be interesting. I think we are taking that Russian prospect although I still pray we can find a trade for a solid veteran. :toast:

They did give up on a couple back in the day, but it seems it just got worse after Bo Kimble.......

I have been a Clippers fan for 25 years. I would love to hear who they gave up on that you feel was a solid player. I am not busting your balls, I am just interested in hearing who you felt they gave up on. Their draft picks have all been HUGE busts.

Guys, like I said before, it could be worse. Look at just a few in post above and determine what kind of roster the Magic could have right now. No NBA fans should feel as bad as Magic fans, simply because of the fact what could have been......

Hey watch it, i went to college with Bo. Here are the guys that were drafted around him that year.

6. MIN Felton Spencer, Louisville
7. SAC Lionel Simmons, La Salle
8. LAC Bo Kimble, Loyola Marymount
9. MIA Willie Burton, Minnesota
10. ATL Rumeal Robinson, Michigan
11. GSW Tyrone Hill, Xavier
12. HOU Alec Kessler, Georgia
13. LAC Loy Vaught, Michigan
14. SAC Travis Mays, Texas
15. MIA Dave Jamerson, Oh

he gets a bad rap. only Tyrone Hill and loy vaught had decent careers. everyone else was a bust.
