Parks in relation to over/unders

i no i asked it before but i dont think i explained it right what im wondering is how they affect the totals like at s.d a game that is 8 would be 9 at another park which parks effect the total's of games or does it not obviously coors does but any others either uppin the total or lowering it appreciate the info thnx

Colorado Over, Philly Over, Sd Under, Oak Under, Seattle Under, Atlanta Under, Florida Under, NYY Over, Baltimore Over, ..... is what came to mind for me. Now the teams make a difference too.
