Any thoughts on Atlanta +126?

I'm tempted to take the Braves tonight at +126 Pinny. In 5 of the last 7 Florida games, the Marlins have managed 2 runs or less with 3 goose-eggs. As good as Willis is, his team sometimes looks like they are batting with toothpicks. Sosa is making only his third start, but has been pretty consistent. In his two starts, he's been yanked early (after 5 and 4 innings). So it might be Willis vs. Braves bullpen down the stretch. I don't follow Atlanta very close, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Sosa has pitched well in his 2 starts, but not well enough to justify being +125 against a CY Young contender. I would stay away if I were you. The Braves have a chance to win the game, But I think the line should be +145

Thanks for the reply. I respect your info here. I think I'll pass since I need to really sold on a dog. The anemic Marlin offense does give the Braves some shot IMO.

I think you said it all when you said it will be pretty much be Willis vs the Braves Bullpen. The marlins are due for a break out game and I think this one could get out of hand late. Willis will pitch into the late innings and if the case is Willis vs Bullpen I think the line is WAY off.

Marlins are the play in this game.

Food for thought - Dontrelle versus Atlanta -

(2 starts at Turner Field were the ugliest)

L 10 games - Florida .249 versus righties, bullpen ERA 8.00
L 10 games - Atlanta .352 versus lefties, bullpen ERA 3.92

I'll take some Atlanta at +125, actually, already did. :digit:
