6th hand in, I am on the button with KK-----blinds are at 25-25

guy in middle position makews it 100 to go.....i see my kings and reraise it to 300......he flat calls.....at that moment I put him on A-blank....possibly AQ or AJ or some smaller pair.....the two of us see a flop

A-K-2 rainbow

i dont think i couldve hit a better flop considering my hand and what i thought he most likely had.....he checks to me...i think for a little bit trying to sell queens to him and check too......turn was the

8

he comes out betting 150 into a 650 pot, if he had a pair i felt like he hit it right here or possibly was just betting his ace......i raise it up to 500 and he FLAT CALLS me again......i was sure he had either 88 or AQ maybe even AK.....the river was a

2

he pushed all in for about a 1000....i only had 650 or so and i called

i flip my hand open thinking I trapped him beautifully and he tells me no good....i'm like wtf 22? nope he flips open AA

I don't see how i could get away from that hand considering we only got 1500 chips plus it was still early in the tourney with a bunch of idiots playing.......that was a wise 10 minute investment lol

Hopefully i win a seat for the main event this year.....

Good post Bozzi. When that happens to players on-line some say the software did it on purpose, but as we can see tuff beats like that happen, live or on-line.

No, there is no way possible to get away from this hand, unless he flipped his cards face up. Well played by both of you, though I hate the weak lead he made out on the turn.

Tough break Bozzi. In some ways better than playing ten and a half hours and just missing the cash like I did though.

BoZZi<SCRIPT type=text/javascript> vbmenu_register("postmenu_2019726", true); </SCRIPT>

I see the no way of possibly folding this hand... Someone will lose their stack when its SETS over SETS. Very unfortunate he had AAs... You playing in main event? if so good luck<SCRIPT type=text/javascript> vbmenu_register("postmenu_2019726", true); </SCRIPT>

i hope i am able to get a seat into the main event sometime soon or i will give up on it and start concentrating on getting seats into the WCOOP.......

i have had 4 second places in the double shootouts on pokerstars where only first gets the seat....just cant catch a damn break

I know there is nothing i couldve done about the above hand....all i can say is nice hand, good luck everyone which i did lol

just sucks to lose so quick after looking forward to the event for a long while.

Yeah it happens you played it right, there was really only two hands that could of took you down (2-2 which is unlikely) and A-A which sucks. I would think 99.9% of the poker pro's would of either taken a hugh chip hit and or knocked on if that happen to them
