Towers has fallen from his form of earlier this season. But he does have a respectable 2.66 ERA vs the Nats in 3 starts. Loiaza on the other hand, if he goes, will be coming directly off a neck injury. I haven't pitched in years ,but I know for a fact when your neck hurts you tend to overthrow to get through that pressure point when your body heads towards the plate. If he goes I don't think it will be a close game. Bluejays can get out and smoke this veteran ,who they have seen before & hopefully put it away early.
