A few weeks ago many of you may have noticed the Alan Palmer thread. I made a few plays with Alan Palmer over a couple weeks and won a good amount of money. No need to go into the negatives of this story, but I do want to give a Big thank you to Tulsa and let you all know what type of guy he is. In that Alan Palmer thread Tulsa came in mid-way and made a statement that if Alan does not pay me by Friday that he would come forward and pay me the $500 that Alan owes me. Well of course Alan did not pay the money, but Tulsa did. Tulsa says that I am a lot like him in the way that I always put trust in someone until they prove me wrong and that he wanted to prove to me that I still can trust people. That people are good at heart and for every bad thing that can happen, that there is always a way to make a positive out of the situation. Tulsa thank you very very much, I appreciate everything you have done!
Tulsa is 1st class all the way. Going way beyond the call of duty. The AP episode really got to me, to the point where I almost lost interest in posting in these forums. I cant stand a welcher. But Tulsa reminds us all that the good people far outweigh the bad.

Kruser6 is a good guy and has been a great poster here at the Rx. I would have bet a large sum that he would have been paid. He learned a lesson about people and we all did. What a surprise that someone would turn like that. But this is not about that. I can't do this sort of thing often, but my experiences and knowledge on this site gave me no qualms about helping out a student in college. This was a special case and I wanted Kruser6 to have cheer and goodwill and to show that there are good folks out there. I would have guessed he was dealing with a good as gold fellow initially, but.... we've made that somewhat irrelevant, though.

Tulsa, I can't say enough kind words about you. I can assure you that the money you gave me will be used for my education and will not be used for anything else. It was much appreciated, paying for college gets very expensive! I do have a good time while I am there, but grades are very important to me and so far I have a 3.4 cumalitive Gpa which I am very proud of having.
