Got a Mp3 player to have when I work out, but I am more of a light type of music listener and I was wondering if anyone knew any good songs that will help my intensity levels in the gym.

One song on my list already is

Enter Sandman - Metallica. . that song will get you pumped up!

Any more ideas?

Its Sony. .. Really sweet! I love it, and I can't believe I ever worked out/ran/mowed the lawn without it! It really makes the time go faster and keeps you from just thinking about the stupid things you normally think about when you are doing that stuff! :lolBIG:

Depends on what type of music you like,,,Enter Sandman Metallica , I would imagine lots of Metallica would work to fire you up...I use to like Van Halen to lift to....

Nice. How big is it, how many songs will it hold, how much did it cost and what type format does the song have to be in to transfer it to the player?

About 3 inches by 1 inch wide, straps to your arm. . $150 and I think like some crazy amount like 400 songs or more. . I really can't remember. I would have to look at the package and I dont know where I put it. A cd came with it and it is a lot like ITUNES or Windows Media Player, it allows you to store all your songs in the files that you download of the computer or upload from a CD. Then you simply just upload to the mp3 player.

That's funny. So true about Rocky and gym heads. I remember some guy trying to get his tops on the bench, and he was about to go for it, and some kid exclaims "Come on man, you can do it! you got the Rocky soundtrack on and everything!"
