Boxslayer played baseball at the UNIVERSITY OF FLORDIA. No disrespect to Box, but it would be very hard to cap this World Series objectively if I where him.
You may want to ask someone else.

Chop, I've picked with Florida three times and against them once.

I'm doing just fine.

I have a huge inside of knowledge of their team and I know their strengths and weaknesses. I will have a huge play with or against them depending on who they name as their starter and I will have a huge write-up for why I love Texas or Florida. So much of this game will ride on whether Florida starts Falkenbach or Locke, and there is no way to possibly cap this game accurately unless you know which one of these guys is starting because they bring so many different things to the table, both positively and negatively.
There will be unbelievable value with Florida if Falkenbach starts, and there will be unbelievable value with Texas if Locke starts. Th starter announced will also effect series price.

Box regardless of who starts for Florida, Texas has the pitching advantage. I think Coach Mac better have his head examined if he even thinks about starting Locke in the College World Series Final against an experienced Omaha and annual powerhouse Texas. That just does not make sense.
Falkenbach does not give the Gators a huge advantage IMO. He has been hit hard this CWS. I know he throws strikes and gives his team a chance but the question is can Florida's D handle Texas' offensive pressure inning after inning. With Horne, Florida's ace out, and Ball (Floridas #3) banged up for the second half of the year, and Boss (Floridas #2) pitching 5 innings the other night, Texas has a huge pitching advantage. Texas #1 vs Florida's #4?
I think you see the experience factor in this series. Texas plays tremendous D and pitches among the best in the nation. Their offensive power is not special but they put so much pressure by the small ball that they force their opponents into errors. That is not good for the Gators, who have been playing decent D thus far, but I expect them to fall apart, like many times during the year, against an aggressive club in Texas.

Texas takes the series.

Is just about every underdog value? ASU was value according to everyone last game but they lost. I took the favorite Florida last game becuase again the pitching matchup greatly favored Florida.
Now, Texas has a tremendous pitching advantage. So much that Florida is deciding whether to start a very average FRESHMAN who has not thrown a pitch in the entire post season (not even when they were beating Notre Dame 23-2). How is that value?
Florida is a team that I cannot see winning this series 2-0. I could easily see Texas winning the series 2-0.
There are times when there is value when there are particular advantages one team has over the other. Pitching is a big one I look at. Defense is another. Texas has both. Florida may have value because they are +170 or whatever they are now but Texas is the right side.

Break down the game like this:

Pitching: Texas BIG advantage
Defense: Texas
Offense: Texas
Offensive Power: Florida
Coaching: Texas
Depth: Texas
Intangibles: Texas

The only area I see Florida being clearly better than Texas is offensive power. They have a few guys who can smack the HR. Every other category is a pretty significant advantage for Texas (maybe some would argue coaching would be even).
