Padilla won't last long in this one. 31 pitches already after 1 inning. If he gets through the 5th that would be a positive for the Phillies.

I think it would be a negative for them. BOS is gonna be hitting him all day. The sooner Philly pulls him, the better chance they might have. For my sake, I hope he stays ... Go BOS!

They won't want to pull him very early unless he is really getting hammered. Their bullpen already got some good use yesterday and they won't want to have their bullpen pitch more than 4 innings today. Padilla will pitch somewhere between 4-5 innnings would be my guess. By that time they will be down several runs.

Fair enough. BOS has really elevated his pitch count though.... 46 in 2 (good thing!).

Thanks Keyman. Been doing fine, just very busy with work, weddings, etc. Really starting to jones for football season. Last year was profitable again for me but not as good as previous years. I am looking forward to a HUGE football season this year. take care

cw, i live in philly and go to alot of phils games, mostly to see other teams in town. there will be no clapping today, we really cant stand our team, just go to the park because it is beautiful, fans here in philly very unhappy with terrible management, boston wins all weekend!!
