WildBill said:I went and saw Shrink in November, very nice then. A bit chilly, but not too bad. Housing prices weren't that expensive, but that is all a matter of perspective I suppose. Lots of military employees around there with the shipyards and naval bases. Traffic was pretty bad and I hear it is always bad during rush hours due to all the water around there. And if you want to hit Vegas regularly Southwest has a daily nonstop.

Just a little too boring and religious right for my tastes, but I have family that lives there and raves about it. They used to live in Florida and hated it, saying Raleigh was so much better. The houses are cheaper than in Norfolk, tons of decent paying jobs and near non-existent unemployment, college sports heaven as I am sure you can surmise, and the beach is about 90 minutes away.

Interesting quiz.
