I think the Marlins are relying too much on him making mistakes - they are swinging at everything and popping out too much

Conine got a 11 pitch at-bat with McClung...hopefully this will shake him up a bit. McClung probably thought it was going to be easy after the first 2 innings...

Thank you Jeff Conine! After that at-bat, McClung seems worn out, having thrown 25 pitches already in this inning and giving up a walk, single, and walk....

need some runs by the Marlins for the RL!!

Pop ups and pop outs. This Marlins lineup must have a terrible gameplan against this guy. Just hack at everything he throws up there. :WTF:

top of the 9th, bottom of the lineup for the Marlins...

is there any hope that these guys can put something together? I think the only chance would be a solo HR by Conine....

Marlins just not fundamentally sound on offense today. I would have never thought that they would only squeak out 1 run today.
