Leritu - pure value selection. If you look at Bronson Arroyo's splits, he dominates righties and struggles versus lefties. Cleveland will likely have only 2 right-handed bats in the lineup and are very hot right now. Millwood much stronger on the road this season. Arroyo also much stronger on the road. Game is in Fenway. One last thing - Arroyo won this exact same matchup last week in Cleveland and many times in these rematches the opposite occurs.
