8-5 YTD (3-2 Yest)....tough break on the Yanks and St Louis -1.5, but hey with Colorado, NYM and Atl(+170) ...coming through it turned out to be a good evening..

Onto today:

Toronto -110 Feels good to get a decent team in toronto at practically even $$. Toronto when facing a lefty are 13-8SU and score almost 2+ runs over their opps, and TB vs a righty score -1 less than opps...I like Towers to get it going today, see another low scoring game, something like 5-2 Toronto. Today's ump is 4-0 for the road team that is favored by -101 to -120
Tampa Bay is 3-12-0 SU in their last 15 games after scoring 1 to 3 runs

Chicago Cubs -135 - Love Mr. Wood coming off the DL, some pitchers are great and he is one of the them....look for Kerry to be on today, looking to match Prior's domination on Sunday. Brew-crew is 0-4 after being shut-out this year and Wood has a 2.99 lifetime ERA vs Brews..while Sheets has given up 25 earned runs over 32ing in his last 5 outings vs the Cubs...his win last week was a bail-out in the 8th inning.....he has also not won at Wrigley since June 2003, 0-4 since.

Boston/Cleveland OVER 10 -110 Just have a feeling this game will be 5-5 in the 7th inning and 5-5 tie = 11.....so I'll bite, plus I love playing OVER games, I would say Boston clubs the ball today and puts up 7-8 themselves but they did that last night and lost! So I'll play the O/U and hope for a slugfest...home plate ump is 2-0 to the OVER with 10 run o/u and avg 2.5 HR per game...let's hope for some more Grand Slams today! Both pitchers have been throwing seeds in the their past 4 games each...maybe a blow up today?

Temping Plays but will lay off:
KC Royals +1.5 (-110) - Home plate ump is 3-0 for the Rd team as a dog of -180 or higher...plus the Royals have not had any one-run games on their current rd trip so maybe they are due....say 4-3 twins?

Would love to play this trend setting game::BUT!!! the public is all over Boston after the collapse last evening....anything can happen so no play for me..but here are the stats on the game...you make the call...

Boston -170/Cleveland +150 Wakefield is 3-1 after 2 straight Boston losses this season, Wakefield is 3-1 in Day games with 3+ runs of support and Elarton is a solid 0-4 with -3 runs of support.....Plus the trend is in effect today....cleve 3 straight Rd Dog wins (all the way back to SFG)....but it's in effect.....hm teams are 22-9 in this situation..Boston is 5-0-0 SU in their last 5 games after scoring 7 to 9 runs

I'll be back later with 7:00 and 10:00 games....
