Do both of the extremely popular plays win today? White Sox & Texas

Everywhere I look it's CWS and Texas. Both are what I call Stevie Wonder plays, Captain Obvious, Joe pub etc

I expect the White Sox to be at least -135 by 1pm.

Can anyone make a case against these?

I know Garcia is $$$ in the daytime and Maroth is mediocre. The White Sox haven't hit worth a shit their last 4 games now.

Where were Hermanson and Marte last night? Obviously Viscanio and Takatsu aren't available today.

Plus the Tigers will probably put in the scrubs today, like they normally do. Pudge hasn't had a day off in a long time. Wilson is garbage.

Thoughts?

Pass on both. Don't like betting on a road sweep even with white sox. LAA Santana looks like a very good young pitcher. No relation to Jon i don't think but maybe pitches like him.

As usual, manager Ozzie Guillen gambled and won, leaving Takatsu in for the 13th inning, despite having Damaso Marte and Hermanson available.

"(Marte) is a one-inning guy and Hermanson is a one-inning guy," Guillen said. "The way we were playing I wanted to make sure I didn't run out of pitchers." According to Guillen, Marte had returned to Chicago for some personal business, but had arrived in Detroit in time for the game. That also factored into Guillen's decision.
