Posters,

It has been almost four years now since BetUS.com and MyFootballGame had a dispute regarding his account.

Up until now, BetUS has never responded publicly.

As you all well know, there are two sides to every story.

BOTH parties agreed to let Ken act as an independent mediator and abide in full by his ruling.

The player agreed to the decision & signed an agreement confirming this.

BetUS was not (nor has ever been) an advertiser at the Rx. Both parties thought it would be fair for an independent watchdog to handle the case.

Even though MFG agreed to the mediation, when the result didn't go his way, he decided to complain and go to the forums.

For all these years, BetUS has just completely ignored the forums. They never felt that the forums were all that important. I feel differently. I feel it's important for books to come into the forums and interact with players. I felt it was important that BetUS share its side of the story and let everyone know the truth about what happened. There have been a lot of bad things said about BetUS because of the things MFG has posted. I hope people will see there is more to the story. I felt it was important to clear BetUS' name.

BetUS is a good book and pays ALL of its players. In the past four years, I've seen two people on the forums (MFG & Boston1) complain about us. I have not seen posts from anybody else about not getting paid. If there's anyone else that feels they are owed money, PLEASE let me know.

We will be active in the forums this year and are looking forward to opening up a strong dialogue with the posters. As a result, I hope that the posters will start to see BetUS in the same light that I do and that our current customers do as well.

Kind Regards,

Mike Foreman

So is this one of those two people, or is this Number 3 ?

Welcome aboard. Any chance of getting the details of what happened so we can judge how it was handled. If Shrink ruled in your favor, it shouldn't hurt?

Hey Mike, you said, "BetUs has never responded publicly" on the MFG situation. Thats a lie.

You say that "for all these years BetUs has completely ignored the forums". Thats a lie too.

You guys are crooks. Sports Book Review does not give F+ ratings unless they are well deserved.

Mike,

You were not around at the time. I never agreed for Shrink to be an arbirtrator, I just asked for him to help me get some of my money that Betus was sitting on my money and refusing to pay me one cent. Shrink told me initially that I had been scammed and should get paid. Shrink was worrried they may scam everything from me. Please don't come in here and lie because Rizzo told you something. Rizzo has lied too many times for any one to believe him. Please come clean here Mike. Your information is not true. Please do some more homework before you start fabricating things to make you look CLEAN. You are not clean. Mike, please open your eyes......

I will agree to have General, Sportsbook Review, Shrink, TOW, Peep, and Major Wager all look into my case and rule on it. I will be happy with their decision. Shrink just tried to help me get what I could at the time and did his best.

After more than 3 years of being owed by BET US, an amicable agreement has been reached by Little Nasa and myself. Special thanks go to Bill Dozer of Sportsbook Review who spent countless hours negotiating a settlement. I owe a great deal to SBR and Dozer, and throughout their work they ask for nothing in return.
There is no question in my mind that Mike Foreman is going to turn Little Nasa around. He is a true professional who is trying to clean up Little Nasa's past transgressions. This is a definite step in the right direction and a guy like Foreman can refresh the image of a tarnished Sportsbook if given a chance. There isn't a Sportsbook, even the most elite, who has made mistakes at one time or another. It is the Sportsbooks who try to rectify their mistakes who I or anyone else should have respect for. Let's give these guys a chance.

As to my friend MFG, who has helped me and guided me through this mess, I owe you a lot for helping me. Three years ago you guided me when I didn't know what a post was and I thought that the Prescription was a website for drugs. I want to say to you to give this new image of Bet Us a chance and I believe that they will treat your situation fairly. I owe you much. MFg has been an asset on this forum for many years and has been a well respected poster.

Finally, posters like Chuck Sims, Royal Fan, Truthteller, etc, you have been very supportive of MFG and myself. I hope to meet you someday and express my thanks to you personally.

Boston1,

What percent of what you were owed constitutes an "amicable agreement?"

Do you have your money in hand yet?

Was your post a condition of the "amicable agreement?"

Thanks

Boston1, Glad to hear after more than 3 years of BetUs stiffing you that they have finally rolled over and have agreed to return part of the money they stole from you. As you must know, you are one of many that this scam operation owes money to. Until they are paid we posters at The RX will not rest!

i love how these thieving books like betus and royal are trying their fukkin hardest to look good right before football season. after feb 2006, it will be o.k. to resume business as usual, scamming players, slow payments, even ripping off other sportsbooks. there is still that one open banner spot at the top of this page. hurry up guys, it's not too late.
to anyone reading this, stick with the top 5 books or you'll end up crying to the moderators here to help you get your money back.....HF

First off. Thanks to all the posters that have continued in their support of not allowing BETUS with getting away with stealing 25k from me.

Never too much to list by name:

Chuck Sims, Haliflax, Tater, Huck Finn, Vegas, T Hawk, go 2 guy, Clip joint, Jay C, rob Funk, Royal fan.

To Boston1 - My friend, I am glad that they are willing to pay you half of what is owed.

Boston1 and myself signed the exact same agreement initially, which was just to get us some of our money. For Mike Foreman to come in here and use what I consider a cop out doesn't say much for my opinion of him.

Gentlemen,

This is not about the money. It's about principle.

MFG tried to cheat us and he got caught.
The case was mediated & settled four years ago.

We are not going to give him money that was never rightfully his simply because he screams and yells.

If there are any other people out there that feel they are owed money, please come forward.

Just to prove to you all that it's not about the money, I'd be happy to offer up the $25,000 as a contest prize either here at the Rx or across the street.

Regards,

Mike
