Im going with Under 9 Baltimore/Cleveland (-113).

Start with the starters: Sabathia has been a better road pitcher this year as well as previous years. This year hes 4-2 w/ 3.72 era (1.26 whip) going 6+ innings per start and holding batters to a .263 avg away from home.Lopez at home has been much better than the road version. In Camden this year he's 3-1 w/ an era of 2.68 (1.17 whip) and holding opp. batters to a .227 avg. there. Both these guys can throw strikes and should be helped as most pitchers are when Wally Bell is BHP.His huge strike zone and extremely low pitch count keeps things moving nicely generally.Cleveland has only batted .257 on the road this year but have exploded in the last week of so.I beleive Lopez can slow them down.Last night the Tribe grabbed 9 runs on 15 hits...thats tough to duplicate IMO.The O's have struggled to hit mightily all the injuries theyve sustained.Theyre still not healthy. With only 3.7 rpg scored in thier L7 the O's are still struggling .Camden has not been the launching pad I thought Id be when they put this team together..in fact quite the opposite. The UNDER is 13-3-1 in their last 17 home games .Also in home games where the total is 9-9.5 the UNDER is 15-5.Indians have a great bullpen while the O's have what I would describe as an adequate relief staff.

BOL guys.
