I picked this up at another site and would like your thoughts and others. All HOME teams (1996-2001) won 53.5 % of the time. They covered a handicap of -1 1/2 run 36.3% of the time so giving a home team a 1.5 handicap reduces their chances of covering by about 17% of the time. AWAY teams covered a handicap of 1.5 runs 35.5% of the time so giving the same handicap to an away team only reduces their chances of covering by about 11%. Now with this information we don't know what the average price was with these plays but just wanted to know what your thoughts are on this.
