I've heard quite a few mention The Yankees would trade him to The Dodgers...but I can't see LA's Cheap Ass Owner Picking up that type of salary!

I don't see why any team would want him with his lack of production and all the baggage he brings with him. Clearly, the money he makes is a byproduct of the "artificial" stats he put up while on the juice. As in the case like Brett Boone with Seattle, once this guys come clean they show what mediocre players they are. Riods masked their mediocrity.

Why on earth would the Dodgers want a roid washed-up first baseman, for that matter, who would want that overpriced contact hitter?

I am sorry for using the "R" word - and NOTHING EL

IF this happens - my guess is the Yankess pick up about 80-90% of his salary

but this makes NO sense - in that on the Yankees Mr. Steroid can DH - but in the NL - he can't - and there is NO WAY the dodgers can send him out there to play 150-ish games at first

he is from around here - so he would be coming home - but still - i can't see this happening

NOW - if you want to talk about Phil Nevin - THAT i could see happening - even though it would be a trade in the same division. nevin has worn out his welcome in SD and when his contract is over - so will his time with SD. he has a NO trade clause in his contract - but i think he would accept a trade to LA - since he is also from the area
