here's my advise...run up all your credit cards to the max with cash advances. invest that cash in the stock market and leave the brokerage account to your loved ones in a will drafted by an attorney. that'll show 'em.
Amazing thing is I changed my BMI from 30 to under 25, it changed my date by all of one year. No wonder people don't care about eating like a bird or a rabbit.
36 years isn't bad if your already 70, I am 36 though....the BMI rating system is a joke though...you can be lean and weigh 210 or you can be all lumpy and weigh the same 210....:drink:
