What tips do you all have for not going on Tilt while either playing poker or sportsbetting in general

I think with the new season coming up this would be a good thread to get alot of opinions in

Have a PLAN in mind BEFORE the season starts!

Ask yourself how you will react to certain losses, losing streaks, bad beats, outside distractions, etc., etc.,

THINK ABOUT THESE THINGS NOW AND INSTALL IN YOUR MIND A PLAN ON HOW YOU ARE GOING TO DEAL WITH THESE THINGS.............BECAUSE THEY ALL WILL HAPPEN DURING THE COURSE OF A SEASON.

I know, I know, Fish. I listen to all you pros about staying disciplined and using betting units blah blah blah and I can do that with every sport except Football.

I am on tilt the whole damn season, it is an emotional roller coaster of epic proportions. :suomi:
