Philadelphia -115 (2 units)...2 struggling pitchers, 2 struggling teams, but the Phils did bust out on offense yesterday, and I'll take the better bats in this one, also. Leiber has been very good vs. Pittsburgh in his career. And even though the faces has changed (like they always do), for the Pirates, I'm looking for a strong outing today, and for the Phils to tease the fans again, by making another push towards the top of the division, before folding in September. STEAM ALERT!!!!
Bos/Tex UNDER 10 1/2 (-106) (1 unit)...I think this number is a bit inflated,considering how well these 2 starters (Wakefield and Young) have performed recently. The Boston bullpen is always a concern though, so I'll go small here. I believe both guys can go deep into this one. Alao, we have an under unmpire working the plate.
Chicago Cubs +103 (1 unit)...like a damn fool (LOL), i'm gonna take the Cubs again. Maddux back in Atl (at + odds) vs. a very mediocre pitcher. Cubs aren't scoring runs, otherwise this would be a HUGE play. Very good value, gonna tread lightly with the Cubs struggling
