I try to play no more than three. I have played four before, but I would say it affected my bottom line.

Depends on the game and how many seats, but I have played as many as 10 full table holdem games. Wasa a bit too much though. I would say 6 is about right. I have been playing 2 heads up tables at UB lately and have an incredible winning percentage thus far.

In tourneys, I'll play about 3 or 4. You can do this if you're playing big tourneys with over 500 people. But I will sit out the other ones if I make a final table on one of them to concentrate more effectively.

Im with you Dante..dont know how they do it. i was playing 2 one night and made a bet on 1 table that i wanted to make on the other ! i can do 2 of the $1 tournys at PS but even thats pushing it....i'd love to see someone like Matt operate. some people just born multitaskers i guess..im not!

my 300mhz 1996 win 98 comp might make it a lil tougher too i guess :digit:

Exactly my thoughts. I play tourneys only and can only handle three if playing ten man tourneys and occassionally that can even get tough.

Always play 4 tables. For me it makes me play much more patient. It all becomes a habit and it is so easy after you get used to it. My buddies always watch and think I am insane and don't understand how its done, but when you have seen every possible hand there is in poker it really isnt that difficult. I play very tight so I am not playing that many hands at a time anyways. Sometimes it gets crazy when you catch a hot streak of cards, but normally I can even post at therx while doing it.

If you have a big enough monitor its not that bad really. I play up to 4 tables at once, and use a 2nd monitor for sports. You can fit up to 4 tables on a screen at once without overlapping. I know guys that play 8 at once. After you play multitables for awhile you can't even go back to playing just 1 table, it is just so slow.

I'm currently 8 tabling the $100 Party SNGs while 2 or 3 tabling 5/10, 3-6 at a site I prop at, so I usually always have 10 tables going at min. And up to 12.
