Under 9 (-119) KC vs Seattle.I think theres value here.Hernandez and Sele both have been abused a little lately (L2 basically).Before that they both had a nice streak of solid outings.What better cure for struggling pitching than a face off between two of the more toothless offenses in the game right now?In the last 7 games the Royals are hitting .234 and scoring an avg. of 3.1 rpg.Its not even like they just a hit a dry patch...theyre bad.At home this season KC is batting just .246 while scoring 3.8 rpg (14-8 Under when total 9-9.5 at home)....not too good.Then theres the Mariners.In thier L7 theyve fared no better....batting only .231 ,3.6 rpg.They dont do well vs righties and like the Royals just plain stink in night games.Seattle is 11-4 Under on the road when line is 9-9.5.Unfortunately only one of these teams posesses a decent pen but tonight we get a good BHP ump for the hurlers.Craft has a 64% called strike number and an avg bb/g of only 5.4.....big strike zones cant hurt.Favorite trend of the day:Tonights starters are a combined 17-5 under in night games.
