I would guess a nickel and up for their new players.

I don't think the amount matters much...it is more their style of play. You could play a couple dimes a game and no one would blink (at the larger books) as long as you aren't chasing steam or using BW's plays.

Depends entirely on the book. In general, if you normally make limit pops, odds are that someone has probably taken a look at you. Steam limit pops, and then it comes down to how that book feels about that kind of action.

It would be nearly impossible to hit steam at a good book would it not?
They are setting the lines and moving them earlier than other copy cat books.

If you play the same amount on every play for the most part, no issues then at most books it seems.

and it also depends on who is making the bet not always the amount of the bet.

i'll give you an example however it doesn't relate exactly to offshore but rather a bookie. There was this bookie I knew back in the day and we would get to taking. One day I saw this guy make a $20 baseball bet and after he leaves he goes well that ticket will be a winner. I go what do you mean and his says that guy been winning at baseball for 5 years. I then ask why do you take his action to which his reply was he only bets $20 so I adjust things from there and then bet it at a bigger amount with another book.

Absolutely not. Even pinnacle can be caught slow on a move occasionally, though often they are the first mover.

It depends which book. Some places seem to sweat any/all action if you are often winning.

I dont know about them jokers in the Caribbean, but in Britain its done on a notification pyramid system. All telephonists are given a ceiling, if the bet is more it goes to the next level for confirmation, this is usually where you get the knock back. After some time, a punter can become what they call, A Regular, meaning he is a confirmed loser and have a higher ceiling on his account. These accounts then become much sought after by commission agents working for Pro's who have no outs. The mug then realises how live the bets going through his account are and wants some of the action, all of a sudden a foot soldier is born. He is then asked, in return for the information, that he goes to Ten Street shops putting on £50s at a time, Get 10-20 of these and your now in the commission business:103631605
