Yankees Wang -160 $640-$400

Indians lefty pitcher Lee getting killed by righties
10 HR and 24 walks in 78.0 IP and lefties hitting for average
as well 3 HR and 31 hits in 24.2 IP. Rodriguez, Jeter, and
Sheffield could make it a long day for him. Yanks career #'s
vs. Lee, Williams .600, Jeter .500, Posada .500,
Sheffield 1-3 and 2 walks.

Young Yanks pitcher Wang showing alot of poise for someone
with such little big league experience. Very impressive last two
outings. Not to mention Indians batters have never faced him
before. Hoping Wang can go at least 7 IP again today, with
Yanks bullpen depleted without Gordon and very little outside
of Rivera to go to. Will be pinning my hopes late on the likes
of Sturtze and Groom if Wang doesn't show up. Keep our fingers
crossed! Still believe that Yankees will score plenty of runs
vs. Lee that even Yanks bullpen won't even be able to hold
the lead. Rivera may have to be available to pitch a rare 2
innings which would be just fine with me!

Philles Tejeda -143

Phillies Tejeda -143 $858-$600 BetWWTS

Nationals pitcher Drese hammered by the Phillies on June 7th
as a member of the Rangers for 5 runs 8 hits in only
2 2/3 IP. Drese being hit for high averages from both sides
of plate, especially righties.

Nationals have never faced the young, impressive, Phillies pitcher
who as of now has shown very little vulnerabilities. It won't help
the Nationals that OF Guillen very much weakened by bronchitis
will be attempting to get what has recently been an offense the
has struggled to get the clutch hit.

Both bullpens are very good and can hold leads by either. Just
feel run potential alot higher for Phillies team that has seen
Drese and hit him hard already, and with Nationals OF Guillen either
out or playing weakened will be damaging to their potential to
put up any big innings.

Drese has definatly regressed from last year. His fastball seems to
have declined under 90 mph consistently and doesn't seem to be
sinking as violently as last year. Hitters have also learned that he
likes to throw the curve early in the count and will be waiting to
groove on it or lay off it for a very possible ball. Dead arm? Has
pitched alot of innings last and this year combined.

Mets Zambrano -118

Mets Zambrano -118 $708-$600

Zambrano has allowed only 3 runs or fewer now for 13 straight
starts now, lowering his ERA to 3.80. That's what you call
pitching your ass off. He has pitched very consistently against
both righties and lefties showing very little vulnerabilty against
either.

J. Fogg on the other hand has been banged around pretty good
this year, especially vs. lefties 50 hits 9 HR and 15 walks o only
21 SO in only 39.1 IP's. Not to mention 6 HR's allowed to
righthanders also.

Mets run potential much greater with these starters, both bullpens
very average, but will lean slightly to Mets closer Looper and the
rest to hold any lead or get the win late.

Tigers Robertson -117

Tigers Robertson -117 $1170-$1000 pinnaclesports.com

D'Rays Kazmir having problems with righties this year 75 hits,
43 runs, 7 HR's and 43 walks in 73.1 IP.
Tigers loaded with very good right handed hitters that should
give Kazmir nightmares long after this game is over. Not to
mention the total lack of a D'Rays bullpen. This matchup and
potentional run production definatly favor the Tigers.
The only thing stopping this game from being even stronger
is Tigers all-star catcher Rodriguez (finger) day to day and
Robertson being hit around a little in a previous matchup.
Even if game is close late would much rather have Tigers
bullpen to hold on or get the win.

Red Sox Arroyo -140

Red Sox Arroyo -140 $1260-$900 BetWWTS

Ponson still pitching with a sore pitching elbow and has been
paying the price especially vs. lefties. Red Sox lineup loaded
with lefties and righties that have seen him alot and have
had much success against him. Don't see any reason for that
to change tonight with Ponson obviously not healthy.
Would rather have Myers and Timlin tonight over a Orioles
bullpen still searching for an idenity.
