ppeter....was at the palms the night of the get together...but what happens....we ran into friends there and you know the rest of the story...the bodog party was the last thing we thought of when we were leaving..i certainly appreciate the efforts you made to get me there and wish i would have made it but shit like that happens every now and then...so...i have no news to report, except it was an ugly day on thursday 105 and not feeling well....thanks again..ppeter....jeffksu
I went. As always for a Bodog party Calvin made sure it was first class. Booze was flowing. Unbelievable sausage fest though, lots of girls walking around but they were all getting paid to do that. The ratio of men to women, even including the paid models, was probably 5 to 1. Music was too loud for most of us too, we were trying to do some networking and you often couldn't hear even if someone was yelling in your ear. Still was effective because the next morning at the conference the most commonly hear words were "sorry I am a little hungover".
Thanks Bill--Even though I am sad I missed the "sausage fest", I am glad I didn't have to fly 6000 mi roundtrip for a hangover :drink:
Shrink, Wildbill and Green Doberman all in the same room and I missed them. I agree it was a complete sausage fest but so was the Ultimate Bet party at Ghost Bar. What do you expect with poker players?
I actually had a waitress call me over at Ghost Bar because she knew me and she mocked the "internet geek crowd". I guess that pertained to me too.
Anyway, I stayed all of about 10 minutes at the parties I attended, but agree BoDog definitely likes to go over the top with everything they do.
