I am here to inform you that Royal did not send any payment despite their committment.I called Royal yesterday and Kevin stated that I would only be paid if I sent him an E mail saying that I lied about the wagers in dispute.

Last I heard you were being urged to remain with Royal..I guess until you lost the 20k once again or until some one else lost it for ya!!!

Probably offer David Shrink's $100,000 hush money with a 5x rollover. I doubt you'll see a penny. Sad because if they were wrong, they will stiff you on their word.

Bet Royal

"Royal Sports, through the expert and dedicated help of Ken Weitzner, have agreed to settle this issue to the client’s full satisfaction by paying the balance amount against the original amount requested".

No surprise David1. Royal's word is no good.

agree, I heard the tape.

I also heard a wager on a game that has only been played 3 times (in that 3-day disputed span) in the last 7 years

I agree with all the posts in this thread:

#1- You are full of shit.

#2- Royal has no honesty or integrity whatsoever.

If that's the case, why has Royal done an about face and not provided copies of the tapes that they originally agreed to send to the attorney?

Dude, you are a stiff and a disgrace to the professional bettors out there. You were stupid enough to make multiple deposits into a book with well documented slow pay problems. So then you get slow payed. OK, no surprise there, you got the bonuses I hope. You struggle to get your money, again, not exactly a new revelation, give up, fall for the keep you on the property trap and lose it all back. Next, you whine and cry after losing it, and get all the salivating watchdogs foaming at the mouth to attack an already reeling target. Did you even mention you made those bets to them? So Royal gets attacked again, and oops, they recorded the bets. Those liars. No David, you are the liar. Royal may slow pay, that is what they do, and it worked with you, shmuck. But they do not falsify tapes. Did you think they did not roll tape on phone bets? You are a misguided opportunist who saw a chance to welch on some lame loser bets. I would pay you nothing, and backhand you in person for acting like this. You do not belong in our world or our forum. There is a word called integrity...

Depending on who you believe, that statement may or may not be true. It seems like quite a stretch, but when they fail to turn over the tapes like they said they would, you have to wonder.

Also, I believe that the player agreed to take a polygraph test-something that Kevin apparently refused to do.

This is like a woman who gets drunk, has sex, and the next day says she was raped! Who you believe is almost impossible since sometimes the participants themselves do not really know what happened! I believe the principals here do know but as for the rest of us it is damn near impossible to judge! We may never know! Scumbagability is rampant in this 'ridiculous' affair!:sad3:

I do not know anything about who was going to take what. And really lie detectors are unreliable, at best. The tapes are about as damning as you can get. Royal has been hit so many times they are punchdrunk and have set themselves up for situations like this. With their reputation on the slide, deservedly so, they are targets for judgements against. Anyone who reads the boards can lose, lie and say they got screwed at Royal. And the watchdogs will line up at an opportunity to bite them. I really have no use for Royal, so for me to defend them speaks volumes. And although they play games, slow pay and others, they do pay. So now we are at a crossroads, we believe Royal, that the guy on the tapes is him, and it sures sounds legit to me, or some David, who all of a sudden is worming around in this forum whining, who sent money to a slow paying book, fell apart and bet it all away. Another minor observation, all of the watchdogs and supporters were rallying around David, are distancing themselves faster than a stockbroker and Enron. What could that mean? Can anyone give me one verifiable, not something happened in Canada I think, but one verifiable instance where a book falsified phone tapes? I can then make odds.

OF, you call the guy stupid for depositing into Royal. Did it ever dawn on you that this guy didn't know about the history of Royal or knew about these forums before he deposited?

Also, if he is such a scammer, why is it that Royal is begging him to come back?

The entire thing reeks. How did he even find out about Royal, and post up multiple times there? Is it not stupid to post up at one book instead of spreading it out? Were they the only book he knew about? Did any of the watchdogs know about the tapes, the bets before they started biting? Why wouldn't Royal want this guy back? He has loser tattooed across his forehead. Last time I checked, they were offering huge bonuses to get anyone in. Why not a known loser? I could go on for ever on what ifs. But it all comes down to the tapes. How many times have sportsbooks created or falsified phone tapes, vs. how many times players have lied about losses? Nice try defending this stiff.

lol of - defending a PROVEN stiff book versus a player who MIGHT be a scammer is not right. you have never spoken to the alleged scammer. i think before you can make an informed decision, you must hear from all parties to the dispute directly.

Best Wishes...ID:howdy:
