Ok we have a game, but let me make a few points clear first.
#1...for the time being this will be a 1 time only tourny. If Fishhead is able to secure a game at a sponsored site it is only fair that that become the "official" poker game of the R/X. THIS TOURNY IS NOT SPONSORED OR EVEN APPROVED BY THE R/X....IT IS STRICTLY A 1 TIME ONLY TOURNY FOR MEMBERS BY MEMBERS...if it goes well and the site decides to take it as its own so be it....
#2..this tourny will be run by Poker Stars NOT by anyone else...if you have ANY PROBLEM WHATSOEVER take it to Poker Stars...no one here can help you..although i have been allowed by poker stars to set up this tourny thats as far as my help goes. if you have deposit probs, cant find the tourny , cant get the software to run, etc take it to poker stars support.....
OK heres the details...TUES JULY 12 AT 8 EAST, 7 CENT...i know this is a lil earlier than we wanted but for the first one it'll have to do..Go to Poker Stars , click on tournys, then the Private tab....scroll down to tourny # 9948289..it is marked as R/X MEMBERS.....
It requires a password....the password for tomorrow night ONLY is the posting handle of the former owner who just recently left....thats 6 letters starting with s....all lower case...if you cant figure it out you havent been here long enough to play....lol it will not be limited to members only but anyone who knows the password can play so bring a friend if your so inclined....
The buy-in is 10.00 +1.00, that is the minimum poker stars allows for private tournys....just as a side note the minimum deposit to play at poker stars is only 25.00 so everyone should be able to pick up enough cans between now and tomorrow night to get in....
The game is No-Limit Texas Hold-em.....Tournament will have a "standard structure", 1500 starting
chips and 15 minute rounds, with the same structure as a sit and go event of the same type. seats are assigned by the software, so anyone who feels a disadvantage that they dont get seated at my table to start..hey thats the breaks. you'll have to win my chips from the guy who wins em from me.....lol
ONE MORE TIME......THIS EVENT IS NOT SANCTIONED BY THE R/X.COM....AND it will end at such time as an official R/X tourny is announced by this site....
