Fish,

If you believe that the Yanks are worth a shot, then you must think that they will score some runs against Wakefield. Let me tell you, after watching every start Leiter has had this year, he is done. The guy has no arm strength, and worse, he has no control. He is walking batter after batter. His ERA at home in Florida this season was 10.00. He seldom got past the 4th or 5th inning. I know that change of scenery can be good for some guys, but with Al, I just do not see it. I think it is time for him to retire. He does not have it anymore. So I guess I am saying that if you think the Yanks will score often, maybe the over is the way to go here. Personally, I will be on the Red Sox runline at + money. I have a real feeling that Leiter gets lit up early tomorrow. I will be very, very surprised to see him still pitching in the 5th inning. Red Sox 9-5 tomorrow.

I am sorry for using the "R" word - and NOTHING EL

On Mother's Day - when the Rocks had something like 1 or 2 road wins all season - Leiter got LIT UP by them in Florida and took the loss. if ythe rockies of all teams can take BP on the guy - imagine what a real MLB team like the Sox will do to him - at Fenway

look to the OVER here if anything - for the Sox could get there by themselves against Leiter

DISAGREE!!! This is where Mr. Linesmaker has the last laugh, plenty of games go under at Coors Field and plenty (probably around 50% over the long haul) go over at, say, PetCo. Park. The Sox don't know Leiter, he is still a crafty veteran now given a chance once again on the big stage, take the UNDER!!! :103631605 :drink:

As expected. the line has moved steadily down at Pinnacle.

Taking +161 at the opener would allready get one in scalping territory.

Will it go lower?

Leiter was brutal vs the Cubs last week. Throwing 80mph lollipops to a team who was really struggling.

And so it goes......

The Yanks are clearly desperate for pitching. Tim Redding on friday resulted in 17 runs for the Sox. Now Leiter? -170 is steep, however how long can Leiter keep the Yanks in this game with the way he's been pitching? At least Wakefied can give the Sox innings and knows the Yankee hitters. Add a few more dings to the Green Monster as the Sox righties should just pepper the wall against Mr. Leiter. He's definitly seen better days.

Please note, not betting this game, just scalping it personally.

The line is now down to -152

NICE 9 CENT SCALP obtained if one would have taken the Yanks at +161 at the opener.........not to shabby.

Bump. C'mon ZZZ, you tryin' to take $$$ out of my pocket? Seriously, think about it, does any play have no chance of cashing? I thought there were solid reasons to try the under, if you jump on every "obvious" situation, you will be in big trouble. All the best --- :103631605 :drink:

One more thing. Great call as usual by FISHHEAD!!! This guy's instincts are fantastic, I really respect your opinion. Felt the same way about The Shrink, would it be out of line to ask what site he is at now? I was away during all this upheaval. Thanx. :103631605 :drink: :toast: :suomi: :dancefool
