ditto about respect - but not about the first sentence. investors want something that is a "sure thing" and with "little risk" but "investing in a play at this price is NOT a solid investment.
i compare it to buying a house
there are a lot of houses in the same neighborhood - all of which are the same. however, some houses cost $100, some cost $200, some cost $250 and some cost $500
if the houses are all the same for the most part - why would i buy the $500 house when i can buy one for around $100 to $200?
what you are doing here is asking us to invest in a house that is overpriced compared to other "houses" in the neighborhood
