I tried to email info@hollywoodsportsbook.com , but there's no response at all ?

Anyway , their banking page states free withdrawal " up to $30 in fees"
What does that means ?
Does it cover my Neteller withdrawal of about $3500 ?

Also , "The customer must state they wish to use their free payout when requesting the withdrawal" . how can I notify them when the email is not working ?

Well you could go to their website and click the live help button and chat with them. Or you could pick up the phone and dial 1-800-220-0002. Why not do some investigating instead of whining on the forums?

Ace, sorry didn't ask for a reply just sent a test Email to see if it went thru, nothing was kicked back. Why not call the number I posted above?

AK,

I double-checked the info email box and didn't see anything from you. Maybe it was lost in cyberspace. If you want to request $3500 via neteller and haven't used your free payout yet this month and are not bound to any bonus or rollover requirements, you would be entitled to $2500 free and an additional $1000 free neteller payout for the month. You need to make two requests through the neteller system. One for $2500 and the other for $1000. Please advise customer service through email or LiveChat and they will take care of you.
