howard has been begging to be fired/let out of his contract for some time now and it appears he got his wish

he was on vacation the last 2 weeks and was supposed to return today

but i tune in and NO HOWARD

instead we get the David Lee Roth show - someone who was rumored to be taking over for Howard when he left to go to SIRIUS satellite radio. and from the sound of it - he is kissing the FCC's ass so much he has "brown lips"

i might be wrong (me - NEVER :lolBIG but i am 99.99999999% sure the next time we will hear Howard on the radio will be January 2007

so it looks like Tony Bruno has picked up a former listener once again until January 2007

glad to hear that - i live in CA and i havent gotten that far into the show yet

they have made some small changes in his hours,,,, thats all I know,,, (less commercials) and he leaves at 9ish or right before 10,,,,

his contract w/E! expires in august so they stopped doing new shows before he went on vacation

the rumor i have heard is he will resurface on Spike TV - which would be a BRILLIANT move for Spike

I fell for the joke. "Dave" was so bad I turned to another station and missed the rest of the joke. Howard later said Adam Corolo will replace him for real on the West Coast and the real Dave form Van Halen will replace him on East coast. Time to get Sirius Radio.

Howard was trying to get on HBO so the show wouldn't be censored as it will be on Spike and was on E but they couldn't get a deal done.

There was a great episode on E! last night that I hadn't seen before. I believe it was from 2003. Artie got a makeover from the queer eye for straight guys. He was totally wasted, drinking Jack, and extremely hilarious....I was laughing my ass off.
